ValYOUed offers online psychological counselling, psychiatric consultations, yoga therapy, wellness retreats, and digital wellness content. Our goal is to support emotional wellbeing, mental clarity, and holistic healing through evidence-based and integrative approaches.
Scope of Services (For Indian & International Clients)
Our team includes licensed psychologists (RCI-certified) and psychiatrists licensed in India.
We offer services to international clients as wellness-based coaching, therapeutic guidance, and yoga-informed mental health support.
If you are outside India, you acknowledge that:
- Our services are not a substitute for locally licensed mental health care.
- You are engaging voluntarily in a wellness and lifestyle support format.
- You are responsible for ensuring the appropriateness of these services in your local jurisdiction.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. By using this website, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria.
Session Bookings & Payments
- All services must be pre-booked and prepaid.
- Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Refunds are not available, except if ValYOUed cancels the session—in which case the amount will be returned within 7 days.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- No-shows and late cancellations are considered chargeable.
- Exceptional cases (like emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Confidentiality & Professional Ethics
- All counselling and psychiatric sessions follow ethical standards of Indian mental health practice.
- Confidentiality will be maintained unless there is risk of harm or legal obligation.
- Clients have the right to informed consent and transparency in care.
Intellectual Property
All content on www.valyoued.co.in, including videos, text, course materials, and branding is the property of ValYOUed and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.
Limitation of Liability
ValYOUed is not responsible for:
- Technical failures (e.g., Google meet, Zoom, WhatsApp disruptions)
- Medical emergencies or misinterpretation of wellness content
- Any indirect or consequential loss from the use of our platform
