I didn’t enter this field from books or theory alone, I come from the fire. I’ve walked through a life that broke me open more times than I can count. A traumatic childhood taught me silence before I learned language. In early adulthood, I carried the weight of deep depression, crippling self-doubt, and moments where life felt too heavy to continue. I’ve faced the darkness of suicidal thoughts, the heartbreak of losing love, and the unbearable grief of bereavement. For years, I felt like I was drowning: numb, detached, unseen.
In those darkest hours, something in me refused to give up.
I began the painful, honest work of healing. Slowly, I rebuilt myself, not into who I used to be, but into someone stronger, softer, and far more whole. I studied psychology not just to understand others, but to make sense of myself. I practiced yoga, breathwork, and stillness, not as trends, but as survival. I found my way back to life, not by bypassing pain, but by walking straight through it.
That is how ValYOUed Global Wellness LLP was born: not as a brand, but as a lifeline for the broken, the unheard, and the exhausted. A space for those who’ve spent years wearing masks, pretending to be okay while silently falling apart. A space where trauma is not judged, but gently held. Where therapy is not a service, but a sacred act of courage. Where healing isn’t a buzzword, it’s a lived experience, earned through truth, walked with grit, and delivered with grace.

My journey through grief, depression, disconnection, and rebirth has become my mission: to guide others toward balance, belonging, and the kind of peace that’s earned, not inherited. Today, I lead a team of psychologists and yoga therapists who share this vision: to bring light into the darkest corners of human experience. We offer more than sessions; we offer sanctuary.
