VALYOUED was born from a deeply personal and transformational journey: a journey of discipline, surrender, self-inquiry, and awakening.

As the co-founder of VALYOUED, I have dedicated over 5 years to living, studying, and practicing yoga in its most authentic form.

My Certifications & Qualifications

  • 200-hour RYT certification in Hatha Yoga
  • 300-hour RYT in Pranayama
  • Master's degree in Yoga
  • Diploma in Guided Meditation
